Unlike most recruiters and web pages out there, we chose to be different. To each his own. That’s how we get our results. You will not find ONE single job posted on this site. We seek out the talent under the rock, it rarely finds us. If talent did seek you out, why would you need us? Our passive job seekers are NOT the types of peeps responding to a job posting on this page or any other. The truth is, by the time most companies reach us, the opportunity has already been posted to a minimum of 6 different sites. What good is another posting to yet another site? It is rather useless. Our candidates are typically highly engaged employees who are NOT out there looking.
In our research we have found that 78% of unsuccessful people fit a job description perfectly. So why didn’t they work out? The answer is simple. The person hiring for the position often did not do the necessary diligence in fully aligning the candidate to the role. Just to name a few examples, did they evaluate personality, leadership style, values and make corporate culture assessments? More than likely NOT. This is so critical. Anyone with strong related experience can do what is on a job description. The make or break line is the way that person fits into your company and works with their new leader. That paves the way to their success. There are so many other factors that we don’t see or think about.
That is where the HR PEEP PLAN comes into play. It’s our spin to the evolution of recruiting. It goes beyond the norm, because it should.
